HERE’S HOW TO PLAY: Beginning 9:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on 1/01/08, eligible U.S. residents may visit www.hankhaneygolf.com and to register for a chance to win. Once you register, you will receive a Confirmation of Entry Message. Entrants who register by 5:00 p.m. CT on 6/30/08 will be automatically entered in the Drawing. Limit one entry per email address. If more than one entry is received per person, only the first such entry received will be eligible. Winner will be determined through random computer generation methodology.
ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Hank Haney Golf, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, municipal, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
GRAND PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 7/10/08 from among all eligible entries received by 5:00 p.m. CT on 6/30/08. Random drawing will be conducted by an independent organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received by 5:00 p.m. CT on 6/30/08.
Grand Prize: One (1) two-hour private lesson with Hank Haney, at a sponsor-specified location (within the contiguous 48 United States and subject to his availability). Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including travel and other incidentals. The golf lesson portion of the prize has no retail value. In the event that a golf lesson cannot be arranged with Hank Haney, sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu of.
GENERAL RULES: If potential prize winner of a prize is a U.S. resident, winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 15 days of attempted delivery of same. If the Grand Prize winner does not return required documents within the specified time period or the prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. For Winners will be notified by telephone or mail. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value should the prize become unavailable. All taxes and/or duties, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is deemed a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is deemed a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners’ list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is deemed a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is deemed a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any promotional materials or translated versions of the rules, the English version of the rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for administrative, printing, production, computer or other error or due to technical difficulties or incorrect announcements of any kind.

In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing to award all remaining instant win and random draw prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
